What is up guys! M4SON here again and back with a revamped Three Musketeer + P.E.K.K.A deck. I saw this one being used in some random tournaments and I just had to review it! So props to whoever discovered it! This deck is a great counter to the popular Giant Bowler that is seen a lot on ladder and in tournaments. Be sure to checkout the video for prime examples against Giant Bowler, Payfecta, etc. Lets get started and hop into the deck list!
Revamped P.E.K.K.A Three Musketeers Deck
Ice Spirit: Starting off with one of the most versatile card in the game, the Ice Spirit is great on defense and offense. Use it to defend against pretty much any push, against big tanks or even swarmy troops. You can also use this card to cycle your deck to get your Elixir Pumps or send it on offense with your Musketeers. If you place your Elixir Pumps in the middle protect it with a single Ice Spirit for a huge elixir positive trade. For 1 elixir you get incredible value from this card.
Zap: Typical utility spell that gives you instant versatility. Much like the Ice Spirit it can be used as offense or defense. Defend against pesky Minions, Goblins, and Spears or use it offensively to reset Inferno Towers or to protect your Musketeers. Zap away the cheap troops used to distract your P.E.K.K.A as well as resetting Sparky!
Minions: This card has great synergy with both the Miner and P.E.K.K.A. Do a standard Miner + Minions push to apply pressure or backup the Three Musketeer split push with these high DPS flying units. Works great against Bowlers, as well as any groud troops such as Mini P.E.K.K.A, Valkyrie, Lumberjack, etc
Elixir Collector: Standard collector needed for a high elixir cost deck. Figure out what deck your opponent is playing and place collectors properly. I generally like placing it in front of my King Tower at the start, so I can protect it with either Ice Spirit or Guards. If I know my opponent doesn’t have Miner then I will start placing them behind my Arena Towers. Protect your pumps at ALL costs!
Three Musketeers: The star(s) of the deck! These three lovely ladies are very popular atm, offering insane split pushing potential. Depending on the situation split them either behind or in front of your King Tower. I personally will always split them unless my opponent wastes their Fireball or Poison my Elixir Pumps, but even then I prefer to split them to apply dual lane pressure. Always make sure they are protected by P.E.K.K.A, Guards, Miner, or even a little Ice Spirit.
Guards: Great card for stopping single target heavy hitters such as Prince, Musketeer, Lumberjack, Mini P.E.K.K.A, etc. Use these guys to protect your Elixir Pumps. When you can also drop them in front of your Musketeers to protect them. Situationally can send in with a Miner + Ice Spirit for insane damage.
P.E.K.K.A: The big tank of the group! Be careful when playing her, at 7 Elixir and slow walking speed it gives your opponent time to set up a fast attack. Great for counter the popular Giant, and Bowlers (since it doesn’t get knocked back). Generally place it behind your king tower so you can build up your push. Situationally you will want to place it in front of your Arena Towers if you need her to help you defend sooner.
Miner: Great card for helping your Musketeers tank the enemies towers. Equally good at taking out Elixir Pumps too. Early game if you don’t want to reveal your Muskies or P.E.K.K.A, send mini attack with Miner + Minions + Ice Spirit, or Miner + Guards + Ice Spirit.
General Game Plan:
Depending on your starting hand, generally you want to get your Elixir Collectors out and running. Place them in front of your King Tower to start with and protect with either Ice Spirits or Guards if they have a Miner. Once you figure out what kind of deck they are running adjust your collector placement accordingly.
Next up, you can send mini attack waves using your Miner + Minions + Ice Spirit or Miner + Guards + Ice Spirit. Once you have your Elixir Collectors going you can drop P.E.K.K.A in the back and start building up the push. If you have at least 1 Elixir Collector down, by the time P.E.K.K.A reaches the front of your arena tower you can split the Three Musketeers. Always split it so 1 will go behind the P.E.K.K.A while 2 go into the other lane. While all this is happening send the Miner in to tank for the 2 Musketeers. Additionally, use your Ice Spirits + Minions + Guards + Zap, to support whatever lane suites it best.
The split push is very strong because the opponent will need to act fast and correctly to properly defend against the push. With the cheap support cards you can instantly offer whichever lane added pressure for only 1-3 elixir. Generally I find many players defend against the P.E.K.K.A side, and get sidetracked and forget about the Miner + 2 Musketeer side. That’s really it for the split push.
During late game if you forgot to keep your Elixir Collector up, you still can win with your Miner + Minions / Guards, if you need that extra little bit of damage. The last note I shall leave you guys with is placement is very key to this deck, many experienced players will not always let you setup this crazy push, so you must learn all the best places to split the Three Musketeers, as well as properly placing your P.E.K.K.A.
